The Old Growth Again 4 ft Forever Round Picnic Table with Benches are made from full 2 inch thick boards of redwood. Extra thickness and girth significantly increases the feel, appearance, sturdiness and durability of the furniture. The legs of the 4 ft Forever Round Picnic Table with Benches are made using full dimension two-by-six-inch timbers for proper support.

The Picnic Table is strong, stable and comfortable for people of all sizes. Old Growth Again furniture is available in three grades of redwood: young-growth (from trees averaging fifty years old), mature-growth (from trees averaging one hundred years old) and recycled old-growth (from trees over two hundred years old). The benches can be built into the table or as four separate and free-standing rounded benches. For added durability, only stainless steel bolts and screws are used on all Old Growth Again furniture. All tables can be ordered with a 2 inch diameter umbrella hole drilled at the center of the tabletop.

Old Growth Again is a forest restoration company. We handcraft fine outdoor furniture to fund the restoration of our 580-acre forest restoration project in Annapolis, CA. Excessive logging has made old-growth redwood trees (over 200 years old) rare outside of parks. When our ancient forest was cut in the 1950's, many logs were left on the ground. We mill some of this old-growth into exquisite, tight-grain furniture that is no longer available anywhere else. We also carefully harvest small amounts of younger trees to make the same furniture for less cost. Either way, we offer decay-proof, maintenance-free outdoor furniture and your dollars go to restore instead of degrade forestland.
